Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TradesIgnite's website or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TradesIgnite provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Google Ads management, Facebook Ads management, website design and optimization, social media management, and email marketing for blue collar businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to necessary accounts (ad platforms, websites, analytics), and approvals required to execute campaigns. TradesIgnite is not liable for delays caused by failure to provide requested materials or access.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. TradesIgnite reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Any ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is separate from TradesIgnite's management fees. Clients retain full ownership of their ad accounts and are solely responsible for funding those accounts.
Upon full payment, clients own all creative assets produced exclusively for their campaigns. TradesIgnite retains the right to reference completed work in case studies and portfolio materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
TradesIgnite applies best practices and industry expertise to every campaign. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue figures, or ROI. Digital advertising performance is influenced by numerous external factors including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and seasonality.
TradesIgnite's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid to TradesIgnite in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed or in progress prior to the termination date remain due. TradesIgnite may terminate immediately if a client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
